Juanika Ballard is the dynamic founder and CEO of Eagles and Owls Consulting, LLC, a company dedicated to equipping businesses, professionals, and in-home service providers with expert training in personal safety, crisis management, and peer support. With a distinguished law enforcement career—including roles in investigations, narcotics, critical incidents, and human trafficking prevention—Juanika brings real-world experience and deep insight to every training.
A certified Supporting Peer Mentor through the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and credentialed by agencies such as the FBI, DHS, and NASRO, she specializes in areas including de-escalation, violent extremism, trauma-informed peer support, and cyber-enabled threats. Juanika is passionate about creating safer, more resilient work environments through customized, cutting-edge training that addresses both operational risks and emotional well-being.
