Founder and CEO
Juanika Ballard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eagles and Owls Consulting, LLC, an organization dedicated to equipping individuals, professionals, and organizations with advanced training in personal safety, crisis management, and peer support. Her outstanding professional achievements and leadership in the field have earned her inclusion in the 2025–2026 edition of Marquis Who’s Who in America.
With a distinguished background in law enforcement that includes extensive experience in investigations, narcotics, critical incident response, and human trafficking prevention, Juanika brings a depth of operational expertise and strategic insight to every engagement. She is a certified Supporting Peer Mentor through the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and holds credentials from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO).
Her professional focus encompasses de-escalation strategy, violent extremism prevention, trauma-informed peer support, and cyber-enabled threat mitigation. Through Eagles and Owls Consulting, she is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based training designed to create safer, more resilient, and well-prepared organizational environments.
